The German Connection will not be held liable for incorrect, falsified, insufficient or misleading information or documentation provided by any client, agency or translation rendered by The German Connection. The German Connection is not responsible for the loss of any original documents. Quotes are provided free of charge and serve as an estimate only. Quotes are provided in New Zealand Dollars unless stated otherwise.The final word count may change from the quote and will be invoiced accordingly. Cancellation of any part of contracted work to The German Connection will result in 50 percent charge of the total cost due. Any disputes unresolved through mutual discussion will be heard at the disputes tribunal in Tauranga, New Zealand. All payments are to be made within 7 days of receiving this invoice by bank transfer, cheque or PayPal. If using PayPal or international bank transfer as your preferred methods of payment please note that all fees are to be carried by the customer. All translations carried out by The German Connection remain their intellectual property until full payment has been received. Asking The German Connection to proceed with a translation means you have understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
